Körner's Folly
Victorian Marvel: Jule Körner's architectural masterpiece remains one of North Carolina's most unique homes.
The Wonder
This 22-room Victorian mansion features seven levels, 15 fireplaces, and no two rooms alike. Built as Körner's private residence and theater, it showcases the creativity and prosperity of late 19th-century Kernersville. Now a house museum, it welcomes thousands of visitors annually.
Historic Train Depot
Transportation Hub: The railway station that connected Kernersville to the wider world and fueled economic growth.
Gateway to Progress
Built when the North Western North Carolina Railroad reached Kernersville, this depot became the town's lifeline to markets and opportunities. Passengers and freight moved through here for decades, making it central to the town's commercial development and social life.

Where It All Began: The original crossroads tavern that marked the birth of our community.
First Gathering Place
Though the original tavern is gone, the crossroads where Dobson's Tavern once stood remains the heart of downtown Kernersville. This intersection of early trade routes became the nucleus around which our entire community grew, making it our most historically significant location.
